UK delivery only. We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international delivery.
Your delivery service
We normally send orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48. The service aims to deliver within two to three working days after dispatch, although this is not a guaranteed delivery date. Some destinations, including parts of the Highlands and islands and Northern Ireland, may take longer.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available as a paid option at checkout. It aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed. Choosing it does not shorten the time needed to roast and pack your coffee.
When we dispatch your coffee
We dispatch orders within one day of order confirmation, or within three days if you select Fresh roast to your order. If your order includes any fresh-roast coffee, please allow up to three days for the whole order to be dispatched. Delivery time starts after dispatch; choosing Tracked 24 does not shorten the roasting and packing time.
Your order confirmation lets you know we have received your order. We will send a separate update when your parcel is dispatched.
Postage and delivery areas
Royal Mail charges the same postage rate for UK addresses for the same parcel size and weight.
For orders below £30 after discounts, Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £4 and Royal Mail Tracked 24 costs £5 per order. For orders of £30 or above after discounts, Tracked 48 is free and Tracked 24 is a £1 upgrade. Your delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
Royal Mail Tracked 48 includes tracking to the delivery point. We will provide your tracking details when your order is dispatched so you can follow its progress.
